The images and text are reproduced from A Survivor's Haggadah, that was edited by Saul Touster. The 2000 version presents a facsimile edition of the original 1946 Haggadah that was written, designed, and illustrated by Yosef Dov Sheinson, with woodcuts by Miklós Adler. This haggadah interweaves the biblical account of the Exodus story with the modern story of Jewish enslavement and extermination by Hitler's army and how they ultimately were liberated.
